IF YOU FIND MAGIC
IN STEREOSCOPIC IMAGES,
HAS MAGIC TO OFFER.
THERE'S 3D WITH A PROJECTOR...
THERE'S 3D WITH A STEREOSCOPE,
--which can mean a number of things...
Especially Stereo Realist and other 35mm formats.
--and
VIEW-MASTER!
Speaking of View-Master...
The Fairy's latest stereoscopic offering
is for people who loved --or still love--
The simple magic of View-Master.
IT'S NOT JUST FOR CHILDREN!
Could be the very thing for your club or group,
or classroom or library or recreation center...
Would you like to see your View-Master reels
up on the big screen in full three dimensions?
You can! --through the magic of View-Master's
STEREO-MATIC 500 PROJECTOR
The 3D Fairy will gladly bring her STEREO-MATIC 500--
in fact two of them, plus a special silver screen and all
the polarized 3D glasses you'll need to view your reels.
If you have no View-Master reels, the Fairy can provide
some from her own collection. Invite friends to bring
theirs to share; make it a Stereoscopic Open Screen
occasion. How about a 1950s, '60s or '70s 3D Party?
And of course, just imagine the ways 3D can enhance
a children's party, to make an already-special day into
something magical they'll remember down the years.
ALSO...
A lesser-known rival to View-Master was RADEX,
with children's view sets in a larger 35mm format.
These too can be projected-- and onto a much larger screen.
Radex no longer makes story slides, but does still produce
2D and 3D slide viewers as well as other photo novelties.
Would you like to see some 3D right now? If you
haven't done 'free-viewing' before, give it a try:
The three-up images below contain two stereo pairs,
the two at left for parallel viewing, and the pair at
right for cross-eyed. For instruction in viewerless
stereo viewing, click on this * FREE VIEWING * link.
(You should see "3D" as appearing closest to you)
This can work for most, but may take a little practice
at first to get the hang of it. And some people's eyes
simply refuse to be fooled. Then it's back to viewers
or polarized projection. SOMETHING should work.

3D GEAR IN 3D
Free-viewing can give access to a whole world of stereo images--
but if you do want to use a viewer, plenty of options exist aside
from those few already seen above. There are scores of others--
and here is one more:
This is the
PENNGROVE PATENT PAPEROPTICON,
the folding stereoscope made by the 3D Fairy.
It takes a 3.25 inch X 5 inch stereoview card,
and makes an ideal holiday gift when presented
with a reproduction of an antique seasonal view,
with one of our original stereoscopic greetings,
or with your own custom festive portrait.
The Paperopticon is a variant of the SKWEEZ-VUE(tm),
developed by Jim Curtin at The Added Dimension, Inc.
Patent numbers are displayed on each Paperopticon.
